About the Job
As the dedicated Key Account Manager for Lighthouse & Equity distribution in France you will be instrumental in shaping the next chapter of Levis within the French marketplace. This role goes beyond account management it is about building influence elevating brand presence and accelerating our EU Lifestyle of Denim strategy.
You will drive commercial excellence across your portfolio strengthen strategic partnerships and ensure Levis is positioned as a leading lifestyle brand within the most influential retail and cultural spaces. By combining sharp commercial discipline with brand vision you will unlock sustainable growth enhance marketplace positioning and contribute meaningfully to Levis long-term success in France.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership France Scope
- In conjunction with the EU L&E Lead you will evolve the Lighthouse & Equity distribution strategy across France ensuring strong execution and consistent brand elevation with all French partners.
- Provide market insights competitive analysis and data-driven recommendations to support Levis EU L&E strategy and overall growth ambitions.
- Partner closely with the EU L&E cross functional teams to support strategic decisions on brand elevation distribution quality and premium expansion opportunities.
- Act as the key France contact for EU Lighthouse & Equity priorities ensuring alignment with EU/global direction while adapting to French consumer and market realities.
Account Management & Commercial Excellence
- Manage strategic relationships with Frances L&E partners ensuring the consumer and Levis brand remain at the centre of all decisions.
- Develop long-term strategic account plans to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Maintain a strong sell-in to sell-out mindset delivering commercial excellence across pre-book at-once and full-year targets.
- Analyse and interpret sell-out reports (including large and complex data sets) to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Optimise Levis footprint and space productivity ensuring strong ROI and elevated brand expression.
- Forecast accurately and deliver business results monthly quarterly and annually.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with EU & France-based teams across Merchandise Planning Marketing Brand Experience Finance Operations and Marketplace Sales to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Experience to deliver premium activations and elevated consumer experiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes commercial efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
Industry Engagement France Focus
- Maintain current and build new relationships across the French fashion/streetwear industry leveraging your network to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Levis in the French marketplace staying close to consumer trends competitive movements and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular insights and market intelligence to inform Frances strategic planning and elevation roadmap.
About You
- Fluent English language skills with strong verbal and written communication capabilities essential for cross-functional alignment and reporting.
- Proven Key Account Management experience in fashion/streetwear apparel and/or footwear
- Deep knowledge of the French fashion market including key players retail dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- Strong network within the French fashion and streetwear retail ecosystem.
- Experience delivering elevation strategies and managing high touch and visibility wholesale partnerships.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation presentation and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management capabilities
This is ahybrid positionbased in ourParisoffice. You will be expected to be in the officethree days per week though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected salary range for this role is 44300.00- 59000 per year. The amountanemployee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualificationsperformanceand our needs.
