Sr Business Intelligence Consultant
Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking a strategic thinker who is experienced in working with data from different CGI data sources including but not limited to the CRM and can confidently collaborate with CGI Partners from all areas of the business from senior executives/c-suite through S/BU operations.
The Senior BI Consultant will play a critical role in creating executive-level dashboards that provide visibility into business development performance and marketing impact on business outcomes. This position offers exposure to modern data platforms executive engagement and meaningful influence on how data drives strategic decisions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Work with C-level and SBU executives Industry Leads Business Partners and Ops Leads from across the company to identify specific analytical needs and to implement those needs in our BI systems
- Identify trends and performance indicators that allow strategic and tactical actions to be taken to increase the effectiveness of our organic growth opportunities.
- Create visualizations/dashboards reports and presentations to support executive meetings (Global Ops Board of Directors Earnings) and enhance BD activities and the understanding and impact of BD activities
- Identify leading indicators that SBU/BUs Industry Leads and Business Partners can use to proactively manage strategy and execution including the health of pipeline and activities.
- Answer strategic and tactical business questions using data and data visualizations
- Build relationships with C-level and SBU leadership Industry Leads and Business Partners to support their strategic and execution needs
- Identify enhancements understand data enforce standards support upgrades and foster relationship with internal support to maintain successful and stable CGI Reporting Center Tableau Site
- Facilitate Tableau community engagement and management
- Administer (manage) CGI Reporting Center Tableau site in collaboration with support team
- Identify implement and execute consistent management processes and best practices
- Align with standards and process of the team
- Act with discretion and understanding of the importance and sensitivity of the data and reporting results
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS Business Administration or a related field.
- 78 years of Tableau development experience with expert proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Experience partnering with Clevel and senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and data management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Skilled in developing Business Intelligence and data visualization solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence consult and build relationships across the organization.
- Experience working with CRM and finance systems and/or within IT consulting (preferred).
- Able to identify trends and interpret business impacts.
- Motivated self-directed and capable of exercising sound judgment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95000$145000. This role is an existing vacancy.
