Your Opportunity: Taylor Prime Labels & Packaging a division of Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno CA. In this position you will play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of and our team is well represented.
Work Authorization:
To be considered for the Taylor opportunities candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take enter process and/or expedite orders
- Provide price estimates and quotes
- Handle service problems and questions
- Train customers on products
- Provide service feedback to management
- Prepare correspondence
- Fulfill customers needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Your Shift:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm
You Must Have:
- High school education or equivalent in related experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service related field
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Strong multi-tasking attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Microsoft Experience
We Would Also Prefer:
- 1 years of related experience and/or training
- Basic understanding of the print process along with basic paper knowledge; paper grades
- Willing to look at new and innovative ways to improve methods and processes
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20-$24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors which may include (but not limited to) the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held. The hourly range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employee.
