Senior Site Superintendent

Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to required quality and safety standards. This is a leadership role responsible for managing field teams coordinating subcontractors and maintaining overall jobsite performance.

Schedule/Shift:
Full-Time
Monday Friday (project-based schedule; site presence required)

Requirements (Mandatory & Desired)

• Minimum 7 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction practices building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and plans
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations
• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: OSHA certification or professional certifications (e.g. CCM)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Supervise and manage construction teams subcontractors and labor crews
• Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules and plans
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and project specifications
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company policies
• Maintain accurate daily logs progress reports and safety documentation
• Manage site logistics including material deliveries equipment and workforce scheduling
• Create and maintain project schedules and three-week lookahead plans
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues and conflicts
• Communicate effectively with project teams stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Support overall project execution to meet quality and performance standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand walk and move across job sites for extended periods
• Ability to work in various weather and site conditions
