Senior Site Superintendent

Job Summary
Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to required quality and safety standards. This is a leadership role responsible for managing field teams coordinating subcontractors and maintaining overall jobsite performance.
Schedule/Shift:
Full-Time
Monday Friday (project-based schedule; site presence required)
Requirements (Mandatory & Desired)
- Minimum 7 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction practices building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and plans
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred: OSHA certification or professional certifications (e.g. CCM)
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Supervise and manage construction teams subcontractors and labor crews
- Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules and plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and project specifications
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company policies
- Maintain accurate daily logs progress reports and safety documentation
- Manage site logistics including material deliveries equipment and workforce scheduling
- Create and maintain project schedules and three-week lookahead plans
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues and conflicts
- Communicate effectively with project teams stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Support overall project execution to meet quality and performance standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand walk and move across job sites for extended periods
- Ability to work in various weather and site conditions
