Prime Air is seeking a Prime Air Area Manager where you will serve as a front-line leader responsible for executing daily operations at a Prime Air Drone Delivery Station. You will lead and support teams across flight operations ground handling and fulfillment to ensure safe efficient and customer-focused delivery this role you will drive key operational metrics including safety quality and delivery efficiency; monitor real-time operations to remove barriers and maintain system uptime; and partner with Operations Managers and cross-functional teams to execute staffing and operational plans. You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards identify and implement process improvements develop and coach associates and provide clear escalation and communication during active this role you will directly manage a team of hourly associates overseeing scheduling performance management and day-to-day coaching and partnership with HR you will address associate relations matters including attendance performance concerns and corrective action as needed while also maintaining accurate timekeeping headcount tracking and staffing records for your team.

This role may require travel up to 25% of the time.
Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazons ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.


- 1 years of direct people management including performance management and employee development experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon experience
- Experience in a fast-paced automated industrial logistics production or manufacturing environment
- Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Ability to work in an outdoor operational environment and perform physical tasks (standing/walking up to 12 hours lifting up to 50 lbs bending reaching etc.)

- Experience in aviation drone operations or a similar real-time monitoring role
- Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
