The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Banks relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.
The Emerging Markets E-Fixed Income Sales role is responsible for the electronic flow business covering Bonds and Swaps across Central and Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) and Latin Americas (LATAM) regions.
You will have deep market and product expertise prospecting and enablement of clients managing venue relationships and collaboration across functions to maximise total franchise volumes and their monetisation.

Your key responsibilities
Proactively driving Emerging Markets electronic flow business covering Bonds and Swaps across CEEMEA and LATAM regions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key electronic trading clients identifying new electronic trading opportunities and partnering with voice coverage to maximise client engagement and revenue across electronic and hybrid channels.
Monitoring electronic trading performance client activity and wallet share across venues and using datadriven insights to understand client behaviour and develop strategies to grow electronic market share.
Acting as the primary point of contact for electronic trading venues conducting regular performance and positioning reviews and collaborating with trading teams on competitive insights and market developments.
Supporting client onboarding and enablement across electronic trading products resolving execution and workflow issues and working closely with product and technology teams to deliver a competitive bestinclass electronic trading offering.
Your skills and experience
Extensive knowledge of the Fixed Income products including Emerging Markets (EM) with strong understanding of EM Products and EM Clients
A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments be they slow moving or instantaneous are beneficially for the largest sophisticated investors
Proven track record covering this client segment or similar
Deep knowledge across this product base
Entrepreneurial skills to prioritise resources to maximise outcomes and value for client
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment and able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organisations
