The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Accordingly the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process that they have not been disqualified under the 2018 Regulations.

- a qualified reflective classroom teacher who makes the education of every learner their first concern sets high expectations and establishes a safe respectful and stimulating learning environment.

- an excellent classroom teacher who plans clear core knowledge uses formative assessment in the moment and adapts teaching to close gaps.

- able to deploy and work with support staff effectively contribute to subject development and make professional use of data to set targets evaluate impact and report to leaders and parents

- is committed to ongoing professional development acting with honesty and integrity collaborating with colleagues and contributing positively to the wider life and ethos of the school
