About the role
As a Recovery Motivator youll be a friendly familiar face in the service and in the community.
Youll support people who are at different stages of their recovery journeyoffering encouragement understanding and helping them connect to the right support.
This isnt about having all the answers. Its about being there.
Youll:
- Welcome people into the service and help them feel comfortable
- Share your experience in a safe and supportive way
- Signpost people to the right services and support in the community
- Help run and support groups and activities focused on recovery and wellbeing
- Work alongside staff volunteers families and community partners
- Help people feel less alone and more hopeful about their future

The details
- Where: Eastbourne
- Hours:Full time 15 hours per week*
- Contract Type:Fixed Term Contract until 31-Mar-2027
- Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
