Business Analyst

Position Description:

CGI is seeking Business Analysts to support ongoing delivery and optimization within a managed services engagement for an Oil & Gas client. This role is focused on understanding business needs supporting continuous improvement and enabling efficient delivery of enhancements in a live production environment

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Engage stakeholders to capture and refine requirements for enhancements and fixes
Translate business needs into clear actionable user stories and functional specifications
Support backlog management and prioritization aligned to operational value
Analyze and document current and future state processes
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
Support testing validation and release activities
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience working as a BA in managed services or continuous delivery environment
Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation
Ability to operate effectively across business and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile practices and tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Oil & Gas domains particularly upstream operations
Understanding of workflows related to production land or field operations
Exposure to integrated data and reporting environments

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000.00$115000.00. This role is a future opportunity.
