Role Summary
Are you an experienced Team Administrator looking to join a supportive and fast-paced local teamWereseekingan organised and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support across day-to-day operations with a strong focus on coordination communication and attention to detail.
As the Team Administrator you willbe responsible forproviding daily administrative support to the HMR Finance and Administration team and the HMR Drilling Team Managersandyour responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for credit card management end-of-month site costs fuel cards and the setup of iPads and site phones.
Create monthly site purchase orders with strong admin support on delivery from Vendors to site.
Managing travel and accommodation requirements.
Supporting People & Culture initiatives such as maintaining HMRs social media platforms
Providing general administrative and reception support asrequired
Requirements / Qualifications
A minimum Certificate IV in Administration and Finance
Basic understanding of the Mining Industry
Excellent organisational administration and time-management skills
Well-developed conceptual analytical and problem-solving skills
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Ability to meet pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
Police clearance (within 6 months)
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Organised reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Based locally in Kalgoorlie WA
Desired
Knowledge of Business Centre PowerApps Microsoft Suite Marketing programs.
