About the role:

The Strategic Finance Senior Manager leads the governance and execution of strategic finance initiatives overseeing complex financial modeling and analysis to support business transformation and growth. Serving as a senior advisor to leadership this role drives high-impact projects while ensuring alignment with the companys overall strategy leading the review and development of business cases for key strategic initiatives providing expert recommendations and insights to executive leadership and partnering with crossfunctional close collaboration with departments such as Strategy Operations Commercial and Energy this position contributes with critical financial insights that strengthen business cases and add value to companywide projects.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Strategic Finance governance ensuring compliance with corporate policies;

  • Develop and review business cases for strategic initiatives and portfolio decisions;

  • Build operate and evaluate financial and valuation models aligned with company strategy;

  • Incorporate advanced analyses into models including risks opportunities and sensitivities;

  • Assess accounting tax implications and project success probabilities;

  • Support strategic decision-making using the companys long-term (10year) financial model;

  • Prepare and present project updates strategic recommendations and executive materials to senior leadership Committees and the Board.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Experience in Strategic Finance Strategic Planning Strategy M&A Business Development or related financial roles;

  • Proven leadership in complex and strategic financial projects and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships;

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills and strong analytical critical thinking and advanced problemsolving skills;

  • Proactive flexible and highly motivated profile able to handle challenging situations;

  • Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities;

  • Bachelors degree in Administration Economy Accounting Engineering or related fields;

  • CFA certificate postgraduate studies and MBA are a plus;

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
