Program Manager

Overview:

KeenLogicis seekinga Program Managerto support our team with one of our government clients. This position supports Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) in delivering Facility Environmental Compliance Planning and Resiliency Technical Support across Department of Defense (DoD) facilities.

The role focuses on overseeing facility environmental compliance planning and resiliency programs across DoD installations ensuring alignment with contract requirements and missionobjectives. Responsibilities include managing project schedules budgets and task order execution; coordinating with government stakeholders and contractor teams; conducting technical reviews to ensure quality deliverables; and supporting initiatives related to environmental compliance and facility resiliency including planning research and program oversight.

RequiredQualifications:

• Active Secret clearance

• Bachelors degree in science or engineeringand 15 years of relevant work experience including 10 years inProgramManagement

• Masters degree in science or engineeringand 13 years of relevant work experience including 10 years inProgramManagement

• Providesoversight support to facility-level multi-media environmental
  

Required Work Experience:

• Ensures the requirements withinthe PWSare being met and serves as the primarypoint ofcontact for the COR

• Holds routine meetings with onsite contractor staff to review performance and the requirements of active task orders

• Meets with the COR and other government ProgramManagers on a routine basisto ensurethe contractor staff are meeting the requirements of the activetask orders

• Manages project schedules sets priorities and tracks budgets

• Performs technicalreviews and ensures quality of all deliverables while working in conjunction withthe QualityControlManager

• Manages subcontractors and deploys staff (onsite and offsite) where needed to mostefficiently complete task order requirements
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with or oversight of NEPA cultural resources and natural resources programs

• Experience with or oversight of facility-level resiliency programs
