Job Summary
Overview:
KeenLogicis seekingaSenior Scientist (NEPA)to support our team with one of our government clients. This position supports Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) in delivering Facility Environmental Compliance Planning and Resiliency Technical Support across Department of Defense (DoD) facilities.
The role focuses on supportingcompliance with allNEPAlaws and regulationsin accordance withPWS section DoD include providing technical support for NEPA program implementation preparing documentation such as reports presentations and environmental analyses andassistingwith design reviews. The position also involves supporting the development and updates of NEPA programs in response to regulatory changes and ensuring all documentation aligns with compliance requirements.

RequiredQualifications:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelors degree in science or engineeringand 10years of relevant work experience
Masters degree in science or engineeringand8years of relevant work experience
Required Work Experience:
Supporting federal facilities in compliance with all NEPA laws and regulations
Providing technical support to implement NEPA program requirements
Preparing reports presentations documentation design review comments and all associated NEPA documentation
Aid with development and revision of the NEPA program as rule changes occur
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting NEPA programs for DoD facilities
