Job Title: Radiology Tech / Ultrasound Technologist
Location:Falmouth MA
Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp to Perm)
- Schedule: Rotating Shifts
- 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Some 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Hours: 5x8 40 hours/week
- Weekend: Every other weekend required
- Holidays: Occasional
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a skilled Radiology Tech / Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting. The role involves both radiographic and ultrasound imaging patient care and maintaining high standards of safety and image quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic and ultrasound procedures
- Position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques
- Evaluate image quality and assist with procedures
- Ensure patient safety comfort and communication
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Support workflow efficiency and departmental operations
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT Registered (or eligible)
- Active Massachusetts State License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Strong knowledge of radiology and ultrasound procedures
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
