Join Our Team as aBartenderat the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown

At Parks Hospitality Group we are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage this leadership role you will ensure exceptional beverage service oversee bar operations and mentor and motivate the bartending team to provide the best possible guest experience.

What Youll Do:

• Greet guests warmly take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
• Train and mentor Bartender staff and Barbacks on service standards drink preparation and safety procedures.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with the F&B Manager to monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations including verifying guest identification.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area ensuring tables are clear of debris.
• Develop seasonal beverage menus with the Outlets Manager.
• Monitor and replenish inventory placing orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling of cleaning materials.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

What Youll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous bartending experience with leadership or Lead Bartender experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Bartending certification and TIPS training is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
