• Coordinate project governance ensuring adherence to established policies procedures and standards.
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to project managers and project teams offering support and assistance on project management standards.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive experience in project management.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of project professionals.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong team building and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of project professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules inclusive of all in-scope engineering manufacturing installation and integration schedule activities.
• Experience with manpower planning budgeting/forecasting project planning document control materials management and contract management.
• Experience in using project management software and tools such as MS Project Smartsheet and SAP.
• Knowledge of the material handling industry is a plus.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Project Management Engineering Computer Science Business Administration).
• Masters degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
