How youll contribute:
A Manager of Outpatient Services who excels in this role:
- Monitors and completes necessary audits for patient care tracking. Handles all aspects of the admission process.
- Maintains supply of therapeutic tools such as worksheets videos and games for clinician use. Per the therapist dictation maintains the programming schedule.
- Maintains staff schedule and ensures staffing for the program. Monitors and records attendance including tardiness and absences.
- Audits treatment plans. Communicates with treatment team to ensure chart compliance. Interfaces with others to ensure completion of physician follow ups from CPE.
- Works with the business office and utilization review department to ensure payment for services. Perform pre-certifications and concurrent reviews. Develops relationships with Payer sources. Interfaces with UR department to ensure service coverage for patients.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with referral sources community agencies and organizations.
- Maintains program and patient information and data to create reports census and assist the business office in reporting.
- Schedules CPEs nursing assessments H&P AT assessments and psychosocial assessment with appropriate clinician. Schedules or completes UDS collections including random screenings.
- Actively participates in the therapists discharge planning needs. As directed creates appointments starts follow up care process and completes interfacing with organizations.
- Provides direct supervision for designated employees.
- Monitors and oversees the work performance of outpatient staff. Works closely with the director of Clinical Services to ensure program compliance.
- Audits outpatient charts for accuracy and compliance.
- Assists with scheduling and coverage as it relates to staffing needs.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a Bachelors degree in Counseling Social Work Business Administration or related field. Additional requirements include:
Valid Drivers license
Two years of inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience required.
One year of leadership experience required
CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire and prior to any patient contact.
