First-Line Facilities Multi Services Manager

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a FIRST-LINE FACILITIES MULTI SERVICES MANAGER (Level K) to join our MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS SUPPORT & LOGISTICS (MOS&L) team supporting the 737 Program based in RENTON WASHINGTON on 3rd Shift.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative team. The successful candidate will manage work teams with varied work statements Crane Operations and Production Assist. The manager candidate will be flexible to work across all shifts for future assignments special projects and overtime as needed based on our business needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes Standard Work and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management and leads process improvements
• Follows and implements the Boeing Production System
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers business partners and direct reports
• Manages develops and motivates employees utilizing the Boeing Production System

Basic First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environment
• 1 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
• 1 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader temp manager large scale cross-functional project/program management or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
• 1 years of experience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teams
