Job Summary

24 hours/ 7 days Monitoring and operation based on given SOP (standard Operation Procedures)
Rack stack install configure decommission and replace servers storage systems
Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives memory power supplies NICs).
Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware operating system application and network connectivity issues.
Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.
Collaborate with engineer teams to ensure integration of infrastructure in Datacenter
Datacenter facility monitoring and visual checkups
Knowledge on power cabling low voltage generator cooling related facility

Qualifications :

Minimum 6 years experience working in data centers
Strong understanding of server storage and networking hardware.
Dell/HP servers EMC Storage devices Oracle Exadata Smart PDUs
Familiarity with operating systems
Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
Linux Windows Storage Network certification preferred
Capability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights as required
Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts based on project demands

Required Degree: Associate Degree or higher equivalent experience and certification
Required Experience: 3 years
