Community Engagement Manager- Yakima or Tri-Cities

Create and maintain a positive public image for the Credit Union. Oversee promotion of the Credit Union through various methods. Build market position by generating revenue by community development officers acquiring new customers and by helping close new transactions with existing customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise Community Development Officer I position in the Tri-Cities and Yakima area.
• Deliver monthly one-on-ones for CDOIs in the Tri Cities and Yakima area.
• Coach staff members to achieve sales results and new business.
• Create a positivemoraleandenvironment.
• Motivateandmonitorsalesresultstohittargets.
• Develop regional consistency in all areas ofCommunityDevelopment.
• Developinternal/externalreferralsourcesthroughparticipationin Credit Union events community activities and participation in professional groups.
• Plan and execute events in our communities with favorable results.
• Responsibleforknowingallcreditunionproductsandservices.
• DevelopconsistencyinallareasofCommunityDevelopment.
• PartnerwithBranchManagementandExecutiveteamtoensurealignmentandconsistencywithCommunityDevelopmentOfficers.
• Organize supplies and events in assigned markets.
• Communicate event details internally and externally.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegreewithemphasisinmarketingbusinessfinanceorrelatedexperience.3 4 years management experience to work with and communicate with all personnel and departments. Ability to give group presentations and create innovative marketing strategies. Previous sales experience is desirable. Ability tomaintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.

Performance Standard:

Increased growth in all community development areas. Complete knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures. Ability to market the Credit Union at every opportunity and make suggestions for improvement. Ability to work independently to meet the job requirements. Professional in appearance attendance quality and quantity and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.

Position Specific Additional Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 70-80 pounds (items include money machine coolers tables and other miscellaneous equipment).
• Extensive local travel this is a drivingpositionand a company vehicleisprovided.
• Adequateautoinsurancefordrivingwhileconductingcompanybusiness.
• Maintainavaliddriverslicense.

Physical Requirements:

• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork filing stapling sorting collating typing counting cash etc.).
• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper cash drawers marketing material etc.
• Repetitive motion using wrists hands and fingers.
• Reach keyboards.
• Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator computer telephone copy machine fax machine etc.).
