Inventory Control Coordinator

What You Will Do

Were hiring an Inventory Control Analyst to support production operations by ensuring accurate inventory management and timely material flow. Reporting to the Production Control Manager this role is based at our plant facility and is critical to maintaining efficiency reducing discrepancies and supporting corporate standards.

About the Group

The Inventory Control team is responsible for safeguarding the accuracy of production materials and ensuring smooth coordination between Receiving Production Control and Corporate. Reporting into the Production Control Manager the group plays a vital role in minimizing downtime reducing waste and supporting operational excellence. Their work directly impacts plant performance and contributes to the companys broader goals of efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.

What Does Success Look Like

• Perform daily cycle counts of production components with high accuracy.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials in coordination with Receiving.

• Deliver clear accurate production reports to support decision-making.

• Track and improve key KPIs such as SKU accuracy location accuracy and count completion rates.

• Provide reliable cross-training coverage and support across the department.

What We Look For

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a computer-oriented work environment.

• Prior experience in inventory control or as a material analyst.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.

Preferred

• Associates or Bachelors degree.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive responsibilities.

• Familiarity with QAD warehouse management system.

• Ability to become certified to operate a scissor lift for elevated tasks.
