About the Role
This is an entry-level Service Advisor position focused on assisting customers with routine maintenance services and minor recall work. Youll be one of the first points of contact for our customers helping ensure a smooth and positive service experience.
Success in this role comes from the ability to communicate clearlyboth in person and over the phonewhile managing multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Youll build foundational skills that prepare you for advancement within the automotive service industry.
