Location: Santa Clarita CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday Full Time
Lead coach and develop teaching staff to maintain high classroom quality
Manage staff scheduling ratios and performance expectations
Drive enrollment growth through tours and community engagement
Maintain strong relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service
Monitor financial performance including labor management and budgeting
Ensure a safe organized and positive school environment
Site Supervisor Permit or higher preferred
Experience in a licensed early childhood center required
Must meet California state background check and health requirements
Experience managing staff of 20 or more preferred
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Confident decision maker with excellent communication skills
Ability to build culture accountability and team engagement
Established systems and curriculum
