Return Staff Policy : RWJBH staff (full time or PRN) must be gone from the RWJBH health system a minimum of 1 year before they are eligible to return for travel assignments. Floating Requirements/Ratios: Candidates are required to float within their skillset no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License/Certifications: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission.
