The Opportunity

We invite a discerning intuitively service-driven F&B Reservations Agent to join our distinguished Food & Beverage team.

As the first point of contact for our dining experiences you will embody the art of hospitality through every interaction. With a poised and polished approach you will manage reservations across our venues ensuring each guest journey begins with seamless precision and personalised care. From handling enquiries with grace to anticipating guest preferences your attention to detail will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Beyond reservations you will collaborate closely with our wider team contributing to the flawless orchestration of service and upholding the refined standards synonymous with The Tasman.

Profile

• Exposure and experience working in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills are crucial as you are conveying important messages to guests and team members
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional at administrative duties and data entry
• Ability to work autonomously however comfortable reaching out for support when needed
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills ability to apply judgement and operate effectively in a dynamic setting
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Collaborative positive outlook and flexible approach to your work
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days evenings weekends and public holidays
