The Software Engineering Platforms department is dedicated to the customers journey in Swissquote. We define analyze and make alive the future ofclient facing solutions offered by Swissquote. We also maintain those applications to always ensure the best client experience in his journey. 

By collaborating closely with product strategy department we also are the bridge between companys growth strategy and the corresponding solutions put in place being then the core actors giving concrete life to the vision defined. 

By working hand in hand with the internal departments and the business that they represent we ensure toalways move towards clients and stakeholders needs. 

Team Mission 

The Trading Conception team is dedicated to designing developing and enhancing robust trading platforms for both web and mobile catering to a diverse set of users and investment profiles.This team focuses on delivering seamless trading solutions that span across multiple asset classes including Forex securities and cryptocurrencies ensuring a secure efficient and user-friendly experience. 

As a part of this dynamic team youll work closely with two other product owners a design engineer and an offshore business analyst.Together you will transform strategic visions into practical impactful features that drive the evolution of our trading platforms in collaboration with software engineering teams. Your work will empower clients and set new standards in trading experiences across the industry. 

Your responsibilities; 

• Communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders to deliver the best product 
• Define and document business requirements to capture business needs and constraints and guide the development process 
• Define and maintain a product roadmap to provide a clear direction to the Development teams and stakeholders 
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable work is addressed first and maximize ROI 
• Analyze and prioritize client feedback for driving continuous improvements and meeting user expectations 
• Collaborate withdesigners to optimize the user experience 
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the product support business and development teams by knowledge sharing and mentoring 
• Maintain awareness of market and industry trends for better optimization of solution definition 
• Provide guidance on the vision to the Development Team and explain requirements 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business feature references 
• Monitor KPIs to perform feature prioritization and enhance data-driven decisions 
• Ensure incremental business validation to make sure developed features meet business requirements 

Qualifications :

• Educational background: Master or Bachelor degree 
• You have a deep understanding of securities trading forex trading a plus 
• You have 5 years of experience as product owner business analyst or a similar role 
• You have several years of experience working with agile software development teams and a good understanding of product development in a disciplined agile environment 
• You have experience working closely with product designers to build end client solutions on web platforms mobile a plus 
• You have a thorough understanding of the product quality aspect with prior experience of planning and coordinating business validation activities 
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller with different stakeholders able to face stakeholders as well institutional clients 
• You have experience in sharing your business knowledge and mentoring other team members 
• You have an interest in AI and willingness to actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and delivery quality 
• You are familiar or have strong interest in spec-driven development and structured requirements (clear testable developer-ready specifications)  
• Fluent in English
