To meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Job DutiesPerform Daily Cycle Counts research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and location cartons bundles and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive and communicate opportunities to promote First-In First-OutProvide feedback to management on mis-located all Warehouse Drivers in locating materials as daily Production Schedule for Punch and Weld in the Engineering Change process as it relates to the Material in meetings with engineering team to ensure changes are on time and Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Database as PMHV specifically a in continuous improvement programs and maintain a clean and organized work areaCycle Counter Team MemberAlways follow all safety rules and regulations and report any accident injury or near miss to your supervisor immediately and report any unsafe work conditions in the to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or cost reduction and innovation RequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDWork ExperiencePrevious Cycle Counting experience in Production Scheduling and Engineering Change Control Ability to read write and speak English effectively Highly qualified in computer skills MS Excel Word & Outlook Strong administrative skills; detail-orientedPhysical Job Requirements:This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis and the ability to perform work that is below the knees and above the shoulders on an occasional basis.
