At PwC our people in infrastructure focus on designing and implementing robust secure IT systems that support business operations. As an Associate in Cloud Operations you will help manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services supporting seamless operations and high availability for our clients. You will participate in monitoring troubleshooting and applying industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.

What Youll Do

• Support the Cloud Operations team in analyzing problems and developing IT resilience strategies for clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Assist in delivering high-quality work and meeting project objectives.
• Use analytical skills to interpret data and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Learn to use a variety of tools methodologies and techniques to solve problems.
• Develop your technical knowledge and understanding of business context.
• Uphold professional and technical standards including PwCs code of conduct.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors Degree (or in progress).
• 13 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure cloud operations or related fields.
• Interest in cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP) and willingness to pursue certifications.
• Basic understanding of private public or hybrid cloud architectures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience with backup and recovery solutions or risk management frameworks.
• Exposure to business continuity planning or IT resilience concepts.
• Any relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Azure ITIL) are a plus.

• Understand the importance of have a correct information management
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
• Correct Information Security Management
