Supervisor Warehouse

The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Companys only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine with over 800 employees that support the mine.

OceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified experienced and reliable Supervisor - Warehouse to oversee the daily warehouse operations managing stock inventories supervising warehouse personnel and ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse.

The role will report to the Senior Business Analyst-Supply Chain

 Key tasks and responsibilities:

• a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. This includes knowledge of procurement inventory management transportation and warehousing.

• Able to develop and implement warehouse strategies and create schedules.

• Monitors stock levels conducting regular audits implementing inventory control measures and optimizing inventory turnover.

• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Qualifications :

• A degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
• With at least five (5) years relevant working experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
• Hands on experience with supply chain management software (preferably Pronto ERP System
• In-depth knowledge with methods for warehouse re-engineering management inventory control material management logistics management and safety management
• Strategic thinking and reporting skills
