Room Leader
Up to 32000 per annum Full-Time 40 hours per week across 5 Days Ofsted Rating Good

Holding a Good Ofsted rating our client is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to take ownership of their room and be a valued part of a team that genuinely cares.

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
- Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner within a nursery setting - essential
- A solid understanding of EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
- Confident leading a room team and motivating practitioners around a shared vision
- Warm nurturing and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day running of your room creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children
- Planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Making the most of the nurserys free-flow access and outdoor garden to enrich childrens learning experiences
- Observing assessing and documenting childrens development sharing progress with families
- Mentoring and supporting room-based staff acting as a positive and consistent role model
- Contributing to the wider nursery team and supporting the Nursery Manager in maintaining high standards
