What you will take on

As part of our structured Graduate Programme youll:

• Produce regular reports and carry out ad hoc analysis to identify trends generate insights and propose innovative solutions

• Perform in-depth analysis to identify risks and opportunities within existing processes and decisioning strategies

• Work with multiple data sources using Microsoft Databricks to inform and enhance credit risk strategies

• Collaborate with teams across the businessincluding contact centre marketing customer experience and technologyto implement portfolio strategies

• Develop expertise in credit risk balancing commercial objectives with regulatory requirements

• Present insights and strategic recommendations using data visualisations tools like PowerBi to stakeholders influencing decision-making

What you will bring

The Credit & Risk team run a business that generates >180m profit annually. Were seeking talented graduates who are motivated by high-impact decision making and are commercially driven.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or above) in Finance Economics Mathematics Statistics or a related/STEM discipline

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel and ideally experience with SQL/Python or similar tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

• A proactive driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence in presenting insights and influencing decisions

• A genuine desire to learn develop and build a long-term career in Credit & Risk
