WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You are the main contact person in stakeholder management on the customer and Diconium side for the purpose of responsibility for organizational developments and business process modeling.

• You design business and solution architectures in the automotive environment based on customer and user-specific business cases.

• Your focus is on the strategic and methodical development of enterprise architectures and systems which are used sustainably in the methodology toolbox.

• You are jointly responsible for the realization as well as consistency of projects from the theoretical to the operationalization so that procedures and plans are implemented and positioned for sustainable success.

• You represent the architecture perspective in SAFe programme management and participate in 12-week cycles of multi-day PI planning to clarify interdependencies across groups.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You are passionate about agile project structures new methodological approaches and a contemporary technology stack.

• You have several years of relevant professional experience as an IT system solution or enterprise architect in the digital/E-commerce sector.

• You are experienced in designing digital solution architectures and have an understanding of digital business models/economy of scale scenarios.

• You have expertise in implementing capabilities for the digitization of sales processes (e.g. subscription economy marketplaces customer experience platforms).

• You feel comfortable in this environment applying various methodological competencies such as enterprise architecture management methods TOGAF design-thinking methods creative techniques or moderation.

• Your communication skills in German and English (min. C1-level each) persuasive presence and the ability to convey and enforce architectural vision to different stakeholders/management set you apart.
