As a Senior Graphic Designer you will:

• Develop engaging digital assets for web and social media including banners illustrations icons infographics motion graphics and interactive elements.
• Design visual content for intranet and internal platforms ensuring consistency clarity and audience engagement.
• Conceptualise and deliver web-optimised infographics by transforming complex data into clear and impactful visual stories.
• Edit and enhance images and photography to meet quality standards and align with brand and design requirements.
• Develop visual identity materials templates and design concepts for campaigns and special projects.
• Maintain and uphold graphic standards while ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
• Provide expert advice on visual communication strategies to improve accessibility and audience engagement.
• Manage digital assets and support content publication coordination and basic reporting activities in line with internal processes.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 9 years of professional experience in graphic design supported by a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and good knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual and typographic design principles ensuring high-quality professional design output.
• Familiarity with user-centred design principles and methodologies to support effective and audience-focused communication.
• Strong creativity with the ability to develop innovative visual communication concepts while working within established visual identity guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (C1 level in understanding speaking and writing) with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and external contributors.
• Knowledge of EU institutional communication would be considered a strong asset along with basic understanding of web-related design processes.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership as the role has no direct reporting line and requires delivering results without close supervision.
• Strong organisational project management and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing requests manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
