What Youll Do

• Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
• Assist with recruiting onboarding and developing new sales representatives
• Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs field training and daily support
• Help drive team performance accountability and morale in the market
• Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
• Support leadership with team organization appointments and production goals
• Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and results
