Project Manager Client Projects & Experiential Production Description

Our client is a design and manufacturing company that specializes in custom-built environments and theyre looking to add a Project Manager to their this role youll own timelines deliverables and cross-functional coordination from kickoff through close-out. The work spans corporate events and branded experiences for clients like Alo Yoga as well as activations tied to events like Comic-Con. Its a fast-paced detail-oriented environment where strong ownership is key. Youll be managing around 10 active projects at a time with additional work in the pipeline. Most projects run between 30 and 90 days so being able to prioritize stay organized and keep things moving is critical. The team is open to candidates from live events (e.g. festivals conventions etc.) or design-focused backgrounds who are comfortable managing logistics and using project management tools to keep everything on track. The role is fully onsite but theres no travel required making it a great fit for someone looking to move away from onsite event support.

Project Manager Client Projects & Experiential Production Responsibilities

Review project handoff including estimates drawings and renderings
Lead kickoff meetings to align teams on scope
Develop and manage timelines aligned with production
Serve as primary client contact for timelines and deliverables
Manage approvals for drawings graphics flooring and electrical
Maintain project files orders and customer profiles in systems
Coordinate with Engineering to finalize specifications
Oversee vendors labor freight and logistics
Ensure materials and documentation are shipped on time
Lead project closeout including cost reconciliation and invoicing

Project Manager Client Projects & Experiential Production Qualifications

3 years of project management experience
Experience owning or heavily contributing to the full project lifecycle
Background in live events corporate events retail or design build projects
Proven track record of managing deadlines vendors and logistics
