Your Opportunity:

Taylor Warehouse & Fulfillment a Taylor Corporation company is looking for a 1st Shift Shipping Clerk to join the team at our Jeffersonville IN facility!

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday with overtime as required including some weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control review of each order

• Check-in orders

• Aggregate and package/prepare orders for shipping via parcel and LTL carriers

• Utilize PC-based systems to prepare shipping documents and labels

• Maintain a clean working environment and maintain equipment needed to ship orders timely

• Follow safety requirements for the position

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment

• Records shipment data including weight charges and space availability

• Completes shipping reports

You Must Have:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multitask and meet set deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge required

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Requirements within this position:

• Must be able to read write and communicate effectively in English

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

We Would Also Prefer:

• Experience in Pick/Packing

• Experience with UPS and FedEx software
