Creative Project Manager

Shaker Recruitment Marketings Project Management team provides leadership and organization for all creative projects from logo design to global websites. They kick them off. They put them to bed. Each role on the project management team is critical to the team and agencys success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a scale of creative projects from intake to completions such as single digital and print collateral pieces high-volume digital asset production large-scale employer brand and career websites projects and more
• Liaise with the resource coordinator creative and account teams to deliver projects according to deadlines
• Serve as client contact for creative projects in close collaboration with the client service and website vendor partner teams
• Manage the day-to-day deliverables for assigned projects
• Remain flexible and adjust project plans for a variety of project scopes and processes to meet the needs goals and deadlines of assigned projects
• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced high productivity environment with a sense of urgency
• Manage creative team workload and project resource needs in project management system
• Flag immediately and appropriately when project needs or openings arise
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications :

• Experience managing multiple high volume as well as large-scale projects from inception to completion with excellence is a requirement
• Bachelors degree
• 3-6 years of work-related experience
• 3 years of experience using project management software ideally Asana but not required
• Exceptional detail orientation and follow-through
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to productively and professionally adapt to change
• Comfortable in client-facing settings with the ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders.
• Strong track record of leading by example to other team members
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a consistent focus on achieving team success

What Does Your Day Look Like

• Partner with creative colleagues clients website vendor partners and client services teams on creative projects
• Review the project scope creative brief and map out project timelines with appropriate tasks ensuring the creator team is clear on project deliverables goals and expectations
• Continually upkeep project activities and status within project management system keeping assigned work and timing up to date
• Kick off creative projects leading the presentation of timelines as well as reviewing project scope and deliverables with clients

The salary range for this role is $70000-$95000
