Helps others in the department when to perform majority of operations of the department. Fills in for Machinist and Senior Machinist as/when systems and processes and makes recommendations regarding modification and helps Associates on operations and procedures; assures proper and complete knowledge of such training has been completed and willing to sign off as set-ups working with others. Completes the daily Standard Work for achieving utilization goals production standards and scrap rates for the cell plus all :High school diploma GED or equivalent experience required. Technical or vocational schooling in a manufacturing environment with the ability to maintain a positive demeanor and cohesive work environment with all to use typical inspection to read blueprints and operation understanding of shop math.
