Job Summary
To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager
Wed love to hear from people who have:
- A minimum of two years progressively responsible experience including at least one year in a customerfacing role
- Strong organisational interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- The ability to lead effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in store leadership roles ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
- Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
- Exposure to rostering budgets and profit & loss (P&L) reports
- A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive inclusive and engaging work environment
