Assistant City Manager Logistics
Job Summary
WHATS ON YOUR PLATE
- Oversees all daily logistics related operations.
- Directing optimizing and coordinating the full order cycle.
- Leads communication with external suppliers.
- Supervise coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers.
- Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training.
- Set up SOPs policies and tools for safety / compliance of riders and partners.
- Help with coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities.
- Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects.
- Responsible for city rider experience and satisfaction score.
- Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress.
Qualifications :
WHAT DID WE ORDER
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3-4 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred at a supervisor/managerial level.
- Strong experience and capability in Data Analytics.
- Strong communication skills.
- People management skills: Experience of managing a bigger group of people.
- Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity work under pressure and handle stress.
