Job Summary
The Opportunity
You will step into a pivotal leadership role within the newly redesigned Finance Insights organization overseeing our three iconic brands: foodora foodpanda and Yemeksepeti. Your mission is to serve as the primary strategic co-pilot for the organizations C-level and functional heads. You will lead the transition of the regional FP&A team from a country-partnering model to a high-impact matrix organization bridging local market insights with regional functional business partnering.
Your Mission
Monthly & Annual Planning Drumbeat: Own the end-to-end orchestration of the Monthly Rolling Forecast and the Annual Budgeting (BU) processes. You will harmonize these cycles across Europe and APAC to ensure a unified regional heartbeat.
Lead Functional Business Partnering: Orchestrate the Finance Business Partner (FBP) framework acting as the primary point of contact for Regional Heads of Logistics Marketing Service Ops and Pricing. You will challenge assumptions and co-create value by translating operational drivers into financial impact.
Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of regional FP&A managers fostering a culture of Dive Deep and Own It.
Process & System Architect: Partner with the Controlling and Finance Systems teams to drive process harmonization and optimize the use of Anaplan across brands and entities. You will steer project timelines assess brand change requests against regional priorities and drive comprehensive model standardization.
What You Bring to the Ride
Experience: 10 years in senior Finance/FP&A roles ideally within a high-growth tech marketplace or FMCG environment. Experience managing multi-brand or multi-region portfolios is essential.
Analytical Mastery: You are a data storyteller. You can navigate complex datasets (Excel Tableau Anaplan) and distill them into actionable insights for C-suite executives.
Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization. You can challenge senior executives assumptions with data-backed confidence and empathy.
Adaptability: You thrive in a Move with Pace environment. You possess strong intercultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various countries.
Education: A university degree in Finance Economics or a related field. Professional qualifications (CFA CIMA or ACCA) are a significant plus.
Systems & Matrix Expertise: Direct experience with OneStream and Anaplan is highly preferred.
