Job Summary
- As the first and last impression of Raffles Europejski Warsaw you will deliver a door service that reflects timeless elegance genuine warmth and attentive care. You will create a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience for every guest.
- You will anticipate guests needs upon arrival offering a gracious welcome assisting with doors luggage and transportation and ensuring a smooth transition from the outside world into the refined atmosphere of Raffles.
- You will extend a personalised welcome to each guest acknowledging them by name whenever possible and creating an immediate sense of belonging and recognition that defines the Raffles experience.
- You will assist with luggage handling with the highest level of care ensuring all belongings are managed discreetly efficiently and with respect for guest privacy.
- You will coordinate closely with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure a flawless arrival experience including timely luggage delivery and smooth communication between departments.
- You will provide knowledgeable guidance about the hotel and the surrounding area offering directions and recommendations that enhance each guests stay.
- You will remain present and attentive at the entrance ensuring that every guest is acknowledged assisted and made to feel genuinely welcome at all times.
- You will uphold the distinguished appearance of the entrance and lobby maintaining an atmosphere of elegance order and quiet sophistication that reflects the Raffles standard.
- You will support the team with a collaborative and flexible approach always ready to assist wherever needed to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel environment ideally within a front-of-house guest-facing role such as Doorman Concierge or Guest Services.
- A natural ability to deliver exceptional personalised service with genuine warmth elegance and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with international guests.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards reflecting the refined image of Raffles.
- A proactive and anticipatory mindset with the ability to recognise and respond to guest needs before they are expressed.
- Experience handling luggage and assisting guests with care discretion and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team maintaining a flexible and supportive approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the local area with the ability to provide insightful recommendations and directions.
- A strong sense of responsibility reliability and commitment to delivering consistently high standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
