R&D Cybersecurity Engineer

As R&D Cybersecurity Engineer youll play a vital role in embedding cybersecurity principles into the lifecycle of our robotic and software systems. You will collaborate with R&D product management and compliance teams to assess risks define security requirements and support our alignment with security regulations and standards including NIS2 CRA and IEC 62443.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity measures across our robotics platforms and IT infrastructure
• Assist in translating NIS2 and CRA requirements into actionable policies and controls
• Contribute to the development of security risk assessments and threat models
• Help define and enforce secure software and hardware development practices
• Participate in product certifications and assessments related to IEC 62443
• Provide input on incident response planning and security testing
• Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and evolving regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in cybersecurity preferably in an industrial or embedded systems context
• Familiarity with the NIS2 directive Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and IEC 62443 standards
• Understanding of network security secure software development and industrial control system (ICS) security
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Proactive detail-oriented and team-driven mindset
• Fluency in English and Dutch
