Center Manager

Location: In-Person Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: Achieve $53000-$70000 per year with a strong base rate and monthly bonuses for hitting team goals

What We Offer

What You Can Expect to Earn:

Were all about setting clear achievable goals-and rewarding our team when they meet them. Heres what our compensation package looks like:

Base Pay:

• $24-$26 per hour based on experience
• 3-6% Commission Opportunity on Individual Membership Sales
• Equivalent to $50000-$54000 annually

Bonus Potential:

• Up to $18000 annually in monthly performance bonuses
• Earn $500 $1000 or $1500 per month depending on results

Total Annual Compensation:

• $56000-$63000 annually for candidates with 1-3 years of management experience
• $66000-$72000 annually for experienced leaders (3-5 years) who consistently hit performance goals

• Commute: Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
