The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities
Your mission:
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed according to the contract. This includes observing construction reviewing and signing documents and communicating with MSA staff contractors and clients.
- Communicates professionally with clients contractors and builds ongoing business relationships
- Perform engineering calculations for the analysis study and design of specific project aspects.
- Utilize electronic tools such as GIS models BIM for project analysis study and design.
- Assist in creating cost estimates for projects.
- Instruct technicians on drafting for the projects you design.
- Conduct field investigations or inspections ranging from visual observations to detailed measurements using specialized equipment.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
Education
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Architectural Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Four years of relevant post-graduate mechanical engineering experience
Required knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of the philosophies principles practices and techniques of engineering
- Proficiency with digital tools which may include Microsoft Office GIS BIM or others
- Advanced interpersonal skills for facilitating relationships with colleagues
- Creative problem-solving skills to solve new and challenging problems
- Ability to mentor less experienced staff

License
- Professional Engineering License Required.

The salary for this position ranges from $79000 to $126500 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
