Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlet. You will lead by example ensuring service excellence supporting your team and contributing to a positive and engaging team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations ensuring smooth service delivery
• Lead train and support team members on shift
• Maintain high standards of guest service and respond to feedback effectively
• Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and brand standards
• Assist with rostering stock control and ordering as required
• Support the F&B Manager in driving team performance and engagement

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotel experience preferred)
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Solid knowledge of beer wine spirits and cocktails
• Experience in a hotel or fast-paced restaurant environment
• Micros POS knowledge is a bonus
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease
• Flexible availability across a variety of shifts
