Waitress-Bar

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take drink and light food orders accurately
• Serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) promptly and professionally
• Provide menu recommendations and explain drink options
• Coordinate with bartenders to ensure timely service
• Check guest satisfaction and handle requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tables bar area and service stations
• Process bills and handle payments correctly
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and follow legal guidelines
• Restock supplies such as glasses napkins and garnishes
• Assist in setting up and closing the bar area
• Follow hotel service standards and safety procedures

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Hospitality or customer service certification
• Bar or beverage training courses
• Previous experience in food & beverage service preferably in a bar or hotel setting
• Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages cocktails and bar service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities
