VS Manager VSL2

Responsible for leading and managing resources within the value chain to ensure operational continuity and achieve the objectives derived from the plant strategy.

• Lead and manage production process and project teams to ensure efficient and coordinated operations.
• Develop manage and control the annual and monthly budget to optimize resource utilization and performance.
• Ensure achievement of plant strategy objectives by driving action plans and preventing operational deviations.
• Lead talent and capability development initiatives within the Value Chain to achieve shared objectives.
• Ensure participation of key personnel in internal and external audits and oversee timely closure of related actions.
• Guarantee product compliance with internal and external customer quality standards.
• Promote compliance with ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards CD03800 and all applicable regulations related to safety health environment and energy management.
• Report incidents hazards risks environmental impacts and energy improvement opportunities ensuring adherence to operational controls in the workplace.
• Support the Quality Management System at SlpP ensuring compliance with quality policies customer requirements corporate standards and applicable systems including IATF 16949 VDA 6.3 and CQIs.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Health Environment and Energy policies in daily operations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or related field.
•  810 years of experience in manufacturing/production environments with at least 35 years in leadership roles managing teams and operations.
• Proven experience in production management process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
•  Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g. IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001).
• Experience managing budgets KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (if applicable).
