Working Student Project Office (summer period July–August)

Are you a student who doesnt want to sit still this summer but instead wants to gain relevant work experience in a dynamic laboratory environment For our project office in Amersfoort we are looking for working students to strengthen our team during the months of July and August.

Do you have a background in life sciences chemistry or another lab-related field Thats a plus. However if you are studying something else but have an interest in process-oriented and precise work we also encourage you to apply.

What will you do

As a working student within the project office you will support the coordination and processing of research assignments. You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth workflow between clients logistics and the laboratory.

Your tasks will include:

• Registering and checking incoming assignments and samples
• Verifying completeness and identifying discrepancies
• Processing data and results in systems
• Supporting the release and preparation of samples for shipment
• Coordinating with colleagues in logistics and the laboratory
• Contributing ideas for process improvements

You will work at the intersection of administration logistics and contentan ideal combination if you want to understand how laboratory processes work in practice.

Qualifications :

Who are you

• You are currently a student (HBO/WO or MBO level 4)
• You are available in July and August (at least 34 days per week)
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• You are stress-resistant and can switch between tasks effectively
• You have a good command of the Dutch language
• You have an affinity with laboratory work or a life sciences background (a plus not required)
• You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions
