Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

Manage the trading systems on the backend portal that configures and controls trading logic.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical product specifications for engineering implementation.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver system improvements with high accuracy stability and scalability.
Manage key trading logic configurations examples like contract parameters leverage/margin rules liquidation funding- rates and risk limits.
Partner with Trading Risk Product Operations and Business stakeholders to ensure system updates/enhancements are safe compliant and well-governed.
Monitor system performance and incidents support troubleshooting and drive continuous optimization of internal workflows and controls.

Requuirements

Bachelors Masters/PHD degree in Mathematics Quantitative Finance Financial Engineering Computer Science Statistics or related quant fields.
Less than 5 years of experience (including internships) ideally in trading systems backend product fintech quant or platform roles.
Strong understanding of trading fundamentals such as order book mechanics margin leverage liquidation PnL and risk management concepts.
Strong logical thinking and ability to work with complex mathematical models and system rules.
Comfortable working with data and technical teams; experience with SQL/Python/Excel is a strong plus.
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
